Stripless In Las Vegas: Wrap Up

 
In addition to the activities I mentioned over the last 6 days of my Stripless series, here are a few more things you can do in the Las Vegas area.  
Red Rock Canyon: Only 20 miles west of Las Vegas but plan to spend the day.
China Date Ranch:  A working date farm and bakery (and gift shop) 84 miles southwest of Vegas.
Ash Meadows Wildlife Refuge:  90 miles northwest of Las Vegas
Laughlin: 97 miles south of Vegas, with lots of recreational opportunities in this area along the Coloardo River.  
Golf Courses galore:  Need I say more?  This is where my heart is.  
So, next time you're in the Vegas area, save your money  and go out and explore!
