Urgency is the fire that drives you to pursue your goals with passion until they are been successful accomplished . . . . and the desired results are achieved.
 
Have a sense of urgency . . . . Focus your energy . . . . and activities on achieving your goals in there order of priority. Stay on course . . . . and your sense of urgency will propel you in the direction of your goals.
