Anna Housing Sales For February 2016 Up 20%
In Anna there was an increase of 20% in the number of recorded homes sold this month compared to February 2015. There were 42 recorded homes sold total this month. Year to date the number of reported housing units sold reached 73, a hike of 28.1% from the same time of year 2015. Projected real estate sales in Anna this month experienced a rise of 34.8%, with 47 projected total. The number of projected homes sold year to date in Anna reached 78, an increase of 37.2%. This month the number of newly listed homes in the market was at 69 total, an uptick of 122.6%. There was a climb of 46.8% in new property listings in the market year to date. There were 113 new property listings in the market total this year. In February 2016 contract listings had an improvement of 70.3% from February 2015, with 63 on a contract total. Year to date listings under contract reached 102 total, an improvement of 47.8% in contrast to last year.
