Strong 2015 Leads to Record-Breaking 1st Qtr for Abbe-Mullinnix Team

Sarasota, FL— April 6, 2016 —  In February, The Realtors® Association of Sarasota and Manatee released a report that stated that “the end of 2015 witnessed record-breaking sales”, and that “our real estate community will continue to see steady, sustainable growth in the first quarter of 2016.”  Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty’s Abbe-Mullinnix Team has seen this prediction come to fruition, ending the first quarter of 2016 with a record-breaking number of closed sales. 
The team had 13 closed transaction sides, representing over $10 million dollars in closed sales volume in January, February and March 2016.  Despite an early Easter, and hence a predicted early end to the “selling season” in the Sarasota area, indications are that the market remains strong and active.
