Uhhh, what the heck is this supposed to be?
With email hacking on the rise, most financial institutions are resorting to encrypted emails.  I'm all in favor of increasing security but....really?  
I just received this from a national lender.  What the heck is my "security image" supposed to be?
I really, really hope I can open the email because there is no way I'm contacting customer support and then having to describe my "security image."
