The prices range from a low of $629,900 for a 3-bedroom, bath and a half row house on Arkansas Avenue to a high of $1,275,000 for a renovated 6-bedroom 4 1/2 bath detached home on Farragut Street.
The most common homes in 16th Street Heights are row houses with wide front porches. Inside, many still have their original oak parquet floors and interesting woodwork, many similar to the homes built by Harry Wardman.
