Our first home together.
Over the weekend my wife and I went to do some work on a condo that we own in Leesburg Va. It is a relately small space that we used to call home. It was just the 2 of us to begin with. Then we thought getting a dog was a good idea.  Our "baby" only chewed the chair and safety gate. 
Then we had our first child. The 4 of us lived happily shortly after.  We closed on our single family home on the day our son turned a year old.  We have been renting this space since we left Va 9 years ago.
There is a quandy now. Do we try to keep renting this space or try and sell?  It is 3 hours away and can be a challenge to deal with. 
Prices are headed north once again and this might be a good time to part ways with this unit.  Still mulling things over.
