Do you give feedback to FSBO'S?
We've all shown buyers homes that are listed on the MLS but are with a company that you pay a flat fee to list for you BUT the seller is doing all the work. Do you give feedback to those sellers? I showed a house last week and recognized the company name on the MLS and called and spoke to the agent and schedule the showing. When I showed the home I knew it was a flipped out from a foreclosure or something. Everything was new but I could see some details that should have been improved on. When the seller called 2 days later and asked for feedback, I felt strange about it. Do you give feedback go "fsbo's"? ... more
