The Day of Days
First, I want to thank our Father in Heaven for His unswerving faithfulness and love He has for each of us. I'm reminded of this verse from Zephaniah 3:17 ESV. We need to model our fatherhood by the love our Heavenly Father has modeled.
The Lord your God is in your midst,    a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
    he will quiet you by his love;he will exult over you with loud singing.
I just got off the telephone with our oldest son. He called to wish me a Happy Father's Day. Now we're leaving the house to head to our youngest son's and attend church with him and his girlfriend. They asked because their church is having a special Father's Day service. 
After I get a batch of email out and finish this blog post I am suspending Real Estate activities for the day as a treat to myself and to remember my own father, who passed in 2003 at the age of 86.
