How much time for social media?
As a newer agent , I tried learning as much as I could , as quickly as I could..
I took classes on classes on classes..I learned A LOT..
There was so much to do, and work on ,, learning about the laws, the brokerages, MLS....
Elevator speeches, Value proposition,Door knocking,Cold Calling, building  SOI, and then there was the tech side,
websites, cloud storage,  and  SOCIAL MEDIA .
Linked In, Facebook, Active Rain ,Pinterest,Instagram, Twitter,SnapChat,Vine,Tumblr,YouTube,Google+ to name a few.
Where in the world would I ever find time to do it all? AND earn a living ?
 
Learning where  to target , and who to target was my first challenge..
Planning content was next, third was how much time.
It is so easy to get caught up in any and all of them..
