Short Term California Hard Money Bridge Loans
We have some new programs for our short term California hard money bridge loans that are pretty exciting.  For borrowers who need to access equity in their property or need to close quickly on a purchase these short term hard money bridge loans are an option to consider.
While we have a number of programs that can help lend on property at higher loan to value ratios - sometimes 70% or more - this particular program is a little more conservative, typically capping out at about 60% loan to value.  The trade off, however, is that the transactions can close much more quickly, and at advantageous terms.
On our short term hard money bridge loans in California, rates can start in the low to mid single digits.  In addition, we can get these done with no appraisal required - requiring only a site visit and internal valuation.  Closings can occur in as little as five business days, and these loans are typically structured with no prepayment penalty nor exit fee.
