2016 Atlanta BeltLine Westside 5K

The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and Presenting Sponsor Delta Air Lines invite runners of all fitness levels to participate in the 6th annual Atlanta BeltLine Westside 5K on Saturday, July 16th beginning at 7:30 a.m. The day’s festivities start at West End Park where hundreds of participants ranging from avid runners to families will run/walk through the historic West End and Westview neighborhoods, traveling along the West End Trail, which was the first segment of the Atlanta BeltLine to open to the public.
Following the 6th annual Atlanta BeltLine Westside 5K road race, everyone is invited to stay and enjoy a variety of sports and fun fitness activities led by trained coaches and instructors at the second Atlanta BeltLine Play Day of 2016. Packed with fun for the whole family, Play Days are free and presented in partnership with Atlanta ContactPoint, a nonprofit established to engage children and adults through the power of play.
The 6th annual Atlanta BeltLine Westside 5K is part of the 2016 Run.Walk.Go! Race Series, which engages the public by providing opportunities to explore various trail segments of the Atlanta BeltLine while staying active.
