The Minimum Listing Price decreased to $310,00 vs $479,000 previous month, same thing happened on the Selling Price $300,000 vs $407,000, same with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,080 vs 1,482 square feet house, 6180 vs 5,098 sq ft lot.d 3 days on market. Maximum Listing Price $999,950 vs $1,499,000, Selling Price $925,000 vs $1,475,000 with 5 vs 8 bedrooms, 4 vs 5 baths, 3,993 vs 4,937 sq ft home, 54,224 vs 106,247 sq ft lot, and 140 vs 347 days on the market. Average Listing Price $596,065 vs $693,219, Selling Price $594,281 vs $675,132 with 4 vs 4 bedrooms, 2.44 vs 2.75 baths, 1,869 vs 2,046 sq ft home, 10,804 vs 13,966 sq ft lot and 43 vs 59 days on the market. 2 vs 3 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 11 vs 17 on the 500K to 600K range, and 16 vs 7 on the 600K to 700K. From all the sales 1 vs 2 homes were on short sale, and the rest were standard sales.
