How Important Is The IPAD To Your Business?
When the IPAD hit the scene, it looked like a game changer. Why waste paper on listing sheets, when you can simply hand the tablet to the buyer. And listing appointments ? Imagine signing electronic docs instead of bringing in a tree's worth of legal paper!
 Fast forward several years and two IPADS later. Yes, I still use the tool in my business. But not to the degree I would have envisioned. Most buyers pull up listing information on their smart phones. Listing appointments in office are on the office computer, then sent to the client's phone for signatures.
Now that the kids have commandeered both IPADS, it is time to purchase a new one. For the reasons outlined above, I do not feel the urgency. To what degree is the IPAD (or other tablet) central to your business. What are some Apps you consider must have? Do you think the Tablet device will go the way of the QR Code??
