The Eggplant Parmesan of Real Estate Listings. I know you're thinking what the heck does Eggplant Parmesan have to do with listing Real Estate. Glad you asked and I am happy to share my Recipe for Awesomely Delicious!
I love Eggplant Parmesan and let's face it it is a lot of work to make or should I say make it right and often the freshest garden grown eggplants are had in the Summer so add heat and humidity to the mix. While making it today I started thinking about Real Estate listings. Get where I am going? Why I never take short cuts!
 
There is no getting away from flouring, dipping, and breading but oven baking in lieu of frying is an option so I tried baking the prepared eggplant before assembling. This reminded me of click & post pictures. Either small, dark, or different sizes their quality is unmatched compared to taking the time to edit, crop, and enhance already eye catching photos. Take the time to fry.
 
Shake Cheese in a jar - it works but it is never ooey, gooey, stretching with every fork full, and slapping your chin like shredded cheese. Like free videos, more like slide shows, they work ... more
