Clients want an Olympic attitude real estate agent!
Many people tell me they had an agent who:
Ignored them and never followed up
They had to call the agent all the time
Stuck the sign in the yard and left
Did not care about them or listen to what they were looking for
A few things that have made me a olympian agent is;
FOLLOW UP LISTENING BEING HEARTFELT BEING PROFESSIONAL ALWAYS People like to have their calls and texts returned in a timely manner and not next week.
I have had so many people tell me thanks for FOLLOWING UP on top of their transaction. Of course they don't call it a transaction because it is more than a transaction to them! It is on of the biggest deals in most peoples life's, buying and selling a home and you have to be HEARTFELT to understand what they want, not what you might think they want!
They want to work with someone they trust and who has their best interest at heart. They want an agent who LISTENS and cares about them and not just the transaction ....an agent with an Olympic attitude!
