As a Realtor for Key Realty, I am often asked, how is the market.  So here is your market update for Ottawa Hills.  Ottawa Hills is a very prestigious area that is surrounded by the City of Toledo.    In fact, homes actually have a Toledo mailing address.  You may ask, if the houses are in Ottawa Hills, why don't the houses have an Ottawa Hills mailing address?  The answer is, I don't know.  School age children in Ottawa Hills attend the Ottawa Hills School District.  This public school district recently was rated number 1 in the area.
