By the conclusion of our initial interview, after we have listened well to our client, the goal is to establish a general time line of 'What's Next' events as well as 'Who does What'. This helps to create a master plan of what should be happening next in the sequence of expected events as well as offering the client a 'To Do' list of what they are responsible for.
