I need "Grand Strand" OCEANFRONT buyers - To be cast and featured on a TV SHOW.  **I sell oceanfront condos from North Myrtle Beach to Georgetown.  Read the criteria below.
 
ALL of my Oceanfront Condo Listings have sold... I NEED NEW BUYERS... Check out the email below that I just received TODAY from the television Casting Producer of "Beachfront Bargain":
 
"Hi Pam,
I hope you're doing well! We spoke a few months back about potentially featuring you/your clients on an episode of "Beachfront Bargain Hunt". I'm reaching out because we are currently casting new seasons of "Beachfront Bargain Hunt" and "Beachfront Bargain Hunt Renovation" and our criteria for the shows have changed. I know we would love to work with you on an episode and wanted to see if you have any clients that may be a good fit for either show.
For Beachfront Bargain Hunt, we are looking for agents who are working with ideally younger buyers purchasing oceanfront properties (condos, single-family homes, etc.) under $400K. We will also consider buyers who have closed on their homes/condos in the past 6 months.
