Sellers... do you check out your own listing?
Sellers~ do you check out your own listings before it hits the market?  I know this is a busy time for you.  Everyone is busy getting their homes ready to put on the market.  You are getting ready to move whether that be in state, out of state, downsizing etc.  Your mind is going a million different places. You've hired your agent but have you checked out your listing..?
 
I often wonder this as I go through the MLS looking at homes my buyers want to see or homes that pop up in their searches as possibilities.  When I have a listing I like to have the sellers double check it the information double checking amenities, inclusions, exclusions and descriptions. I have them approve of the listing and before the home is even put live on the market they have already approved the tour/photographer that was hired and is in place to use as advertising.
I want them to see what I am doing and if they have questions I can explain why I've used the language I've used or pictures we have taken.
