Glenview is a North Shore town that is much larger and more moderately priced than Winnetka, Wilmette, Glencoe, or Kenilworth.  Currently, the Glenview real estate market looks like this:
Homes for sale:  290
     Low price:  $249,000
     High price:  $2,980,000
     Median price:  $750,000
Homes sold in September 2016:  45
     Low price:  $150,000
     High price:  $1,899,000
     Median sold price:  $493,750
 
The absorption rate for Glenview is 6 1/2 months which is a balanced market (neither a seller's or a buyer's advantage) with flat depreciation.
