Greenville NC Real Estate Market Trends - August 2016
The number of new single family listings climbed 126.7% August 2016 compared to the previous year. The number of homes under contract rose 97.0% and the number of homes that sold increased by 59.91% compared to August 2015. The average sales price rose 2.27% to $170,339 and the average days on the market increases 9 days or 8.65%.
