 As a real estate agent you have undoubtedly heard property owners complain about the value of their home.  Some say the value is too high and some say it is too low.
 
                                             
 
Those who complain that they are too low are generally buyers who have recently purchased a home.  They think that their recent purchase of their home should reflect their purchase price.
 
                                                                                                                      
This is not true. The county does not look at what you purchased your home for.  It has its own set of factors in determining the value of your home.  Every five years it reviews home sales in your area and determines if the value of your home.
