What a week we had in our office last week! Our client rooms were full everyday and the office was buzzing. We had commission checks coming in daily and our listings are starting to dwindle! Not because they are expiring, but they are now pending! We actually listed 7 new properties and had 9 go under contract! An agent informed me last week that he has seen the number of pool homes under $200,000 in Cape Coral disappear. In his words, "There was nothing worth while left." What a change from what we have seen for the last 2 years! I again heard the million dollar question at least 20 times," Have we hit the bottom yet?" As I said last week, "You never know you are at the bottom, until you missed it!" Why not ask those buyers who were looking at $185,000 pool homes in Cape Coral just last week that question! Now is the time to buy! Don't wait, you may miss the best oppurtunity you will ever have in your lifetime to own your piece of "Paradise!"
