Considering a move to Kelowna, BC?
The area around Kelowna, British Columbia is one of the fastest growing communities in all of North America, with many people of retirement age choosing the relatively mild climate in the Okanagan Valley over some of the colder areas of the province. The growth in population has made it difficult to keep up with the demand for Kelowna real estate.

The market for homes in the area is very overheated due to the rapid influx of people. There is a need to increase the inventory, especially in the last few years. The people moving into the area are looking for comfortable and attractive Kelowna homes, especially in the most desirable areas of the community.
