 Maximum Listing Price $690,000, Selling Price $690,000 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2,318 sq ft home, 17,512 sq ft lot, and 25 days on market.
Average Listing Price $484,966,  Selling Price $481,510, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,611 sq ft home, 13,900 sq ft lot and 42 days on the market.  
14 sales were in the price range of 400K to 500K, 12 on the 500K to 600K range, and 5 on the 600K to 700K. From all the sales, 1 home was  sold on probate, 1 had a notice of default and the rest were standard sales.
