How to avoid emails getting tangled in your Gmail SPAM filter
Not everyone is using text messages to keep in touch with their IDX clients like we discussed in this post. Some are using email to nurture those leads like we discussed in this article about what is more important than just GETTING leads...
 
 
To Spam or not to Spam? That is the question.  
Sometimes you and I have trouble, as we quickly scan our emails, figuring out which ones are spam and which emails are not.  It is even harder for Google to figure it out. 
In the real estate industry, our clients, the agents, and believe it or not, even vendors get a lot of spam.
 
How do we avoid getting important emails in our Gmail Spam filters?
First of all, we need to help Gmail figure out what is an important email or who is an important "from" person.  
I would hate to find out, as I have in the past, that an important client or lead has sent me a response or reached out to me, only to find it a week or two later in my spam folder.   That person probably won't want to do business with me anymore.
