Not sure if this will be helpful for anyone, but I am willing to share what my normal daily routine is.  Perhaps it will motivate someone that does not adhere to a daily routine and needs one!
 
I normally wake up with the sun as it is rising and bringing light into the world.  This time of year though, the sun isn't rising until closer to 7 a.m. or after, but my body is still used to waking up between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.
 
When I wake up, I will always take a big drink of water and then grab my phone to see what emails have come in overnight.  I will respond to emails or text messages while still lying in bed, then I will check my Instagram, Twitter and Facebook accounts.  This usually takes me about an hour to do and by the time I feel updated on everything, I am ready to get out of bed and crank my computer up.
