How Do YOU Define Success?
YOU. You right there. What does success in real estate mean to you?
In many ways, it seems that there is a predominate thought in real estate that success ONLY has to do with how many transactions you can close, how much money you can make. And sure, I'm not in real estate because I like to drive people around for months showing them houses and never get paid (yup - it's happened though), but beyond your baseline of income that is required for you to pay your bills and make the business worth your time - beyond that, what does success look like to you? 
Maybe you are a single parent and success means being able to support your family and still pick up your kids from school.
Maybe success means having enough extra to pay off your debt more quickly. 
Maybe success means being able to buy YOUR dream house. 
Maybe it's taking your self/family/loved ones on the trips you have always dreamed of. 
Maybe it's donating more time/energy/money to your favorite causes.
Hiring a house cleaner so that you can spend your non-working time with your family in other ways.
Paying for a meal delivery service so that you can help with homework without having to ... more
