As a Buyer agent I am all over Northern Virginia. I know pretty much every community and subdivision in Fairfax and Prince William County. Potomac Shores has been one of my favorite communities before most consumers even knew it was in existence. The first time I walked through the tidewater designs under construction in model row back in spring of 2013, I knew the community was going to be different.
