How do you build a steady stream of clients via Facebook? It's what all of us who are using FB for biz want to know, right?! While I cannot give you a step-by-step guide, I can share what has been working for me. In fact, it is the exact same blueprint I use with every other online marketing I have in my real estate toolbelt. I simply do the following:

We should already be doing these things with our blogging and all it takes is a little discipline to do the same with our social media use. Taking the guess work out of our marketing is easier than we think, Rainers! 
The holidays are an excellent time for us to get busier on social media. Why? Because so many take vacation this time of year and a large percentage of those consumers will spend more time than usual hopping around their social media accounts. I have said it before...go ... more
