In my Probate Real Estate business it is very important I receive fresh leads every week so I can keep my contacts flowing and play the numbers game.
 
The Probate niche is like any other program as the goal is to find estate heirs who are going to sell the estate home to raise the cash to pay off the decease creditors and then distribute the remaining money to the heirs per the wishes of the decease.  Bottom line this is FREE money folks...
 
Yes when it's a spouse acting as executor,  we handle the process a little differently but for the most part we are dealing with children, brothers, sisters and friends of the decease and this is free money to them.
