In the past 12 months, 8 condos have sold.  Sales prices ranged from $240,000 up to $495,000 for an average sales price of $386,688 which equals $237.27 per sq. ft.  These units sold for an average of 94% of list price and averaged 75 days on market prior to going under contract.
