What happens if this guy is in the back yard of a home for sale.
This guy or girl, was in the back yard of a house that was for sale up in Estes Park. Colo. The year before we also saw a year old lot smaller bear in the same back yard.  I doubt that this one grew this big in one year.  The home was for 1. 2 million, wonder if it came with him?
