Is it the right time to buy a home?
How do I determine if now is a good time to buy?We can help you determine if you are in a good position to buy a home. I like to start with the payment that you would be comfortable with, and work all the numbers back. 

Qualifying for a MortgageWorking with local lenders is a good start. I will have my buyers get qualified before showing them properties. Recently I had a new buyer that qualified for $50,000 more than what they had thought they would qualify for. I have also had clients that had to clear up some credit issues prior to getting a loan. Once they were given the step by step instructions they were on their way to good credit. 
 
Is it a buyers market?
We can also let you know if it is a buyers market or a sellers market. If the inventory is high and there is a lot of choice then you are in a buyers market. If inventory is limited then the sellers have the upper hand. 
 
What are the interest rates?
Of course the lower the interest rates the better your monthly payment. Interest rates have been at record lows for the past several years.
