 Maximum Listing Price $769,000, Selling Price $755,000 with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3,418 sq ft home, 6,700 sq ft lot, and 255 days on market.
Average Listing Price $485,536,  Selling Price $484,485, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,689 sq ft home, 8,520 sq ft lot and 52 days on the market.  
7 sales were in the price range of 300K to 400K, 21 on the 400K to 500K range, and 11 on the 500K to 600K. From all the sales, 1 home was  sold on probate, 2 had a notice of default and short sales, 2 bank owned sales,  the rest were standard sales.
