The Red Hook home sales in November 2016 update showed sales this November was twice that of November 2015 when there were two sales.  The Sale price to list price of the homes sold  came in at 96 percent.
The homes sold were built between 1902 and 1973, with square footage ranging from 2310 to 3156.
On the other hand the average price trended down this November which was not a surprise since in November  2015 there was a million dollar sale which was not the case this year.   The  Median price did come in a bit higher than last November (See chart below).
The days on market was 116 which was a significant decrease compared to November 2015 when it came in at 219.
