Debbie Laity who is a Broker Associate with Cedaredge Land Co. in Western Colorado created a December 2016 Active Rain Challenge to show your Home for the Holidays. I will show everyone some of the homes with decorations in Grand Lakes Katy TX where we live. As our children are not living at home any more we do not decorate the outside of our home anymore due to time constraints.
 
First I need to tell everyone a few things about this neighborhood. Grand Lakes located in Katy TX  is a community with over 2,200 single family homes with varying different styles and floorplans. Grand Lakes is  a family oriented and pet friendly neighborhood. Grand Lakes was developed by Trendmaker and the first section homes homes were being built back in 1998. There are no more brand new homes in Grand Lakes as the neighborhood is entirely built out and has been for at least 8 years. The neighborhood has a very strong Homeowners Association and looks great all the time.
