Quarterly analysis charts of condo sales and for home sales is available for the 3rd quarter of 2016, along with a chart comparing the volume of sales for Ormond By The Sea Florida  homes and condos in the month to sales in the same month in prior years.    Home and condo sales analysis information is also presented for all of 2015 comparing 2015 to activity in prior years.
