Coppell Home Sales For November 2016 Are Higher 27.6%
The number of housing sales this month saw an uptick of 27.6% compared to 2015, with 37 sold total. The number of housing sales reported year to date reached 539, a gain of 6.5% in contrast to last year. Projected housing units sold this month saw a gain of 43.4%, with 42 projected total. There were 544 projected property sales year to date, which was a rise of 7.4%. This month the number of new properties in the market showed a down-slide of 5.9%, with 32 newly listed total. Year to date there was an improvement of 11.1% in new houses for sale in the market. There were 752 new houses for sale in the market total this year. The number of contract listings in November 2016 was up 20.6% from the same point in time 2015, with 41 contract listings this month. Year to date in Coppell the number of listings under contract saw a gain of 5.2% in contrast to 2015, with 569 listings under contract this year.
