Lake Highlands Housing Sales For November 2016 Are Up 19.1%
Houses sold this month saw a gain of 19.1% from November last year, with 81 houses sold this month. Property sales year to date reached 1049 total, a growth of 2.2% from the same month last year. There were 91 projected units sold this month, which was a rise of 33.8%. Year to date there were 1059 projected homes sold, and this was an increase of 3.2%. This month there were 101 new properties, and this was an uptick of 6.3%. New homes in the market in Lake Highlands year to date was 1329 total, a dip of 3%. This month there was a hike of 6.5% in the number of listings under contract in Lake Highlands in contrast to the same month last year. There were 82 listings under contract total this month. Year to date there was a decrease of 1.8% in listings under contract in Lake Highlands in contrast to last year. There were 1077 listings under contract this year.
