I received this request tonight from an Agent. "Can We See the Home New Year's Morning?" Followed by a Second Message, "Can You Show the House to My Clients? I Have Plans for Time Off."
First, I think it's a big rude to ask for a showing on a holiday. And the morning after New Year's Eve just seems like a bad idea-someone will be grouchy.
But then to ask if I can show it because you have plans for time off? Guess what, so do I!
