Little Elm Home Sales For November 2016 Higher 20.3%
Home sales in November 2016 went up 20.3% from last year, with 160 home sales total this month. Year to date the number of real estate sales reported in Little Elm underwent an increase of 13.7% from 2015, with 2246 sold total this year. There were 180 projected homes sold in November 2016, and this was a growth of 35.2%. Year to date projected property sales in Little Elm was 2266, a gain of 14.7%. In Little Elm there was a decrease of 4.6% in the number of new houses in the market in November 2016. There were 185 new houses in the market total this month. Year to date new properties in the market in Little Elm was at 2873 total, a gain of 12.2%. Houses listed under contract this month was down 20.1% compared to last year, with 147 houses listed under contract this month. There was a growth of 10.6% in the number of contract listings year to date compared to November last year. There were 2290 contract listings total this year.
