Princeton Property Sales For November 2016 Are Higher 80%
There was a climb of 80% in the number of homes sold this month in contrast to November 2015. There were 36 homes sold total this month. Year to date properties sold in Princeton experienced a climb of 61.7% from 2015, with 312 sold total this year. In November 2016 there were 40 projected property sales, and this was a rise of 102.2%. Year to date there were 316 projected houses sold, which was a hike of 64%. The number of new homes listed this month saw a fall of 9.1%, with 20 new on the market total. Year to date the number of new homes for sale saw an increase of 65.1%, with 388 new homes for sale this year. This month there were 18 homes listed under contract in Princeton, which was a growth of 28.6% from November last year. In Princeton contract listings year to date was at 320 total, a gain of 64.1% from 2015.
