City of Cleveland Heights government was closed during the weeks of the winter holidays. There was a medium level of activity on the Cleveland Heights real estate market this week. 11 single family homes and 1 condominium were listed for sale. 1 single family home and 2 multifamily homes were listed for rent. 6 single family home listings and 1 three family home listing were returned to market. 5 single family home listings and 1 two family home listing changed to contract. The price was reduced for 2 single family homes and for 1 two family home. 3 single family homes and 3 two family homes were sold.
