Hit the ground and give me 22 ! Day 1
Now that I have successfully completed my 22 day push-up challenge, I would like to share my accomplishment with you, one day at a time.
 The rules were simple:
. Once nominated my 22 days started the following day
. Every day I recorded myself doing 22 push ups which started out very slowly and got easier as the days went by
. Every day I had to nominate a new person to attempt the challenge
 This was an easy way to get the word out about a matter that more people need to be aware of. Military men and women put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms only to get out of the service and feel lost. It is sad that 22 veterans a day feel that suicide is their only way out.
