Here is what happen to our inventory in Denver!
Do  we really have less inventory to sell in the Denver and surrounding area.  The old supply and demand kicked in and because of that we had homes move up in in price over the last 3 years.  
Here are the figures as of this morning for each year to compare with for active homes at the same date:
