Des Moines Housing in 2016
The Des Moines housing market remains extremely active and the trends are pointing to even more opportunities for buyers and sellers into 2017, and beyond. As expected, median costs have been steadily rising while there hasn't been much fluctuation from a sellers asking price to what is actually paid. With the limited supply in the market, that is to be expected.
