Lisa and Scott, you both were so professional both in the knowledge of the Real Estate Business, but also possessed a personal manner of interaction with your clients, making them comfortable and safe in their interactions with both of you. We would never tell anyone to sign a six month contract. That, for us was a big mistake. Had we known of the two of you earlier we would have gone with you from day one. I believe my wife said she received information of your service and your name from people at "Frederick Living".  The pictures you posted on the web sites and marketing sites were wonderful, compared to what the other realtor posted, yours were by far more exposing in the detail scope of the home posted for sale.  Also the many times you listed for "Open House".  We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to "buy" and/or sell". We would definitely highly recommend you and your wife. We look our cottage here at Frederick Living and hope we will have many more wonderful years here at Frederick.
