Working on Goals
It was in mid November, I formulated my three 2017 New Year's resolutions. They were to (1) Learn to cook the five main French sauces, (2) Lose 15 pounds, and (3) Learn Spanish.
The French sauces were easy. It turned out I already knew how to make Bechamel and Hollandaise. The other 3 sauces were simple enough to learn.However because of the holidays, I'm now 20 pounds away from my goal of losing 15 pounds.
Yesterday, I started on my quest to learn Spanish. I am using the free online application, DuoLingo. I just got my first CONGRATULATIONS, for being 1% fluent in Spanish!
